The lobsters you receive from us are caught in the icy waters of Casco Bay. They are brought to us by the local lobstermen every evening to insure freshness. The lobsters are then kept (alive) in refrigerated trunks to insure that you received the freshest lobster possible.

Then we carefully check your order and hand pick your lobsters. The lobsters are packed in special insulated boxes for the delivery to you. These lobsters will taste as good as if you were eating them on Portland Pier.

You really owe it to yourself and your family to come to Portland, Maine, and visit our historic seaport city. You will find the "old salts" with their Maine accents quite interesting. Ask them and they will tell you where the tourist traps are located.

Meanwhile, regardless of whether you are between visits to Maine or have never visited here, you can enjoy a piece of Maine by ordering Maine lobsters. Whether you order live or cooked lobster, or choose a pound or two of cooked pure lobster meat, when you are enjoying our lobster you can almost breathe the salty air of Casco Bay.
